By building the Arena center and the sport hall Arena Zagreb, the entire picture of South-West part of Zagreb is changing: a new traffic infrastructure has been built, new resident and business buildings, the public transportation area has been expanded, real estate prices are increasing, etc.

The part of the town that so far embodied only a great potential, with Arena Center it is genuinely prospering and we can confidently say that the environment of Arena Center is developing and evolving every day.
