Arena center will be completely adjusted for people with special needs, which makes it unique not only in Croatia, but in whole Europe. It is designed in the cooperation of Croatian Guide Dog and Mobility Association and Croatian Association of Deafblind Persons "Dodir" and will be the first shopping mall adjusted for people with disability.

Besides the usual equipment the center will be outfitted with signs for partly sighted people, acoustic signalization in elevators, informational brochures with relief layouts accessible at specialized informational stands, checkpoints, line guides on the floor to ease the motion of partly sighted people and with other features for people with special needs. A person familiar with the sign language will be employed and will be at service to all visitors with special needs and the lessees of the center will be educated about the needs of people with disability, on a regular basis.
